Rick Gallo

Rick Gallo has a diverse range of work experience in the legal field. Rick started their career as a Law Clerk at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Greenberg, Formato & Einiger, LLP in 2008. Rick then served as a Litigation Associate at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP from 2009 to 2012. Rick later worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at Sullivan PC from 2012 to 2014. Rick then joined HSBC as a Vice President, Counsel - Payments & Cash Management from 2014 to 2016. Rick continued their career at MUFG as a Counsel - Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are serving as a Director - Regulatory Counsel at Benefit Street Partners, a position they have held since 2017.

Rick Gallo completed their education with a Juris Doctor (JD) from New York Law School from 2006 to 2009, focusing on the field of Law. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross between 2002 and 2006. Their high school education took place at Portledge School from 1998 to 2002, although the field of study for their high school degree is unknown. Rick Gallo also holds additional certifications, having become a member of the Florida State Bar in June 2014, the New York State Bar in February 2010, and the New Jersey State Bar in December 2009.
