Wendy Goyen

Wendy Goyen, aPHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at BenefitMall, where responsibilities include preparing approximately 300 offer letters annually and leading the initiative to add a pronoun field to the HRIS system. Additionally, Wendy has contributed as an Inclusion Ambassador, focusing on company culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts, and created a Kudos page on the company intranet to enhance employee engagement and recognition. Previously, as a Commissions Specialist, Wendy collaborated on training new team members and authored extensive training documentation. Earlier experience at Taylor Robinson Music, LLC involved recruitment and onboarding, successfully increasing new instructor applications from 150 to 300 monthly. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Tarleton State University.
