ELFEL OPLEDA is a Human Resources Coordinator at Pinnacle Fertility, Inc. since January 2024, previously serving as a Global HR Shared Services Specialist at Willis Towers Watson from April 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included supporting the America and Canada regions and processing end-to-end onboarding for various employment types.
