Wendy Starner

Wendy Starner, the Chief Financial Officer at Benefits Data Trust, leads the organization's financial vision and connects the overall strategy with the necessary resources to achieve BDT’s goals. She brings over 20 years of leadership experience in finance, administration and operations in multiple business sectors in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors.

Wendy has also managed her own consulting business that focuses on developing strategy, system implementations, operational improvements, and change management services to help companies scale. Wendy earned her B.S. from York College of Pennsylvania and an MBA with a focus on executive leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University.
