Sharon Caetano, PE, SHRM-SCP, SPHR

Sharon Caetano, PE, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has a wealth of work experience. Sharon began their career in 1998 as an Assistant City Engineer at the City of Conroe. In 2004, they moved on to Vogt Engineering, where they served as a Registered Design Engineer/Project Manager. In 2006, they joined World Group Securities as a Registered Representative. In 2008, they became an Investment Advisor Representative at Investment Advisors International. Finally, in 2012, they began working at Benefits Science Technologies, where they have held both the role of Director of Human Resources and Benefits Specialist.

Sharon Caetano holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Texas A&M University, one in Horticulture and one in Agricultural Engineering, obtained between 1986 and 1994. Prior to that, they attended Southwestern University from 1984 to 1986, studying Pre-Veterinary Studies. In addition, they hold a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI, obtained in September 2020, and a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, obtained in February 2019.
