Alfred R. Berkeley

Al is Chairman, Princeton Capital Management, a registered investment adviser, Vice Chairman, Gentag, Inc. and a director of RealPage, Inc. [NASDAQ: RP]. Al served as the President (and later Vice Chairman) of The NASDAQ Stock Market, Chairman, Pipeline Trading Systems LLC; prior to that he was a Managing Director of Alex. Brown & Sons, an investment bank. Al holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and his MBA from Wharton.
