Ken Phillips

Ken Phillips has extensive experience in the employee benefits and talent management industries. Ken began their career in 1972 as President and Founder of Employee Communications Services, Inc. In 1973, they founded Workscape and served as its Founder until 2010 when the company was acquired by ADP. Ken then went on to become the Founder and CEO of BenefitScape in 2002. In 2009, they became President and CEO of Decisys, LLC, and in 2019, they assumed the role of Strategic Advisor for Decisys and Founder and Visionary for BenefitScape. Additionally, Ken Phillips is the Director Emeritus of NEEBC since 1985.

Ken Phillips attended Fordham University from 1963 to 1967. Additionally, they obtained a Ceridian Qualified Professional - Benefits Plus 2022 certification from Ceridian in August 2022.
