Melva G. Navarro Sequeira

Melva G. Navarro Sequeira is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public administration and communication. Currently serving as the Secretaria de Igualdad Sustantiva for Gobierno del Estado de Puebla since March 2023, Melva has also held the position of Profesora Investigadora at Icgde BUAP since August 2011. In addition, Melva has coordinated technical aspects of institutional communication at Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla. Melva's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey, a Master's degree in Political Communication and Governance from The George Washington University, and a Doctorate in Strategic Administration and Management from CISDE Puebla A.C.
