Guillermo Eduardo Fernandez Palma

Guillermo Eduardo Fernandez Palma is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and engineering. Currently serving as General Manager at BENEO since July 2006, Guillermo has held various key positions within the company, including Head of Manufacturing, Production Manager, Jefe de Mantenimiento, and Jefe de Instrumentación y Control. Prior to this, experience includes roles at Siemens S.A. Chile as Ingeniero de Servicios and at Saesa as Ingeniero de Operaciones. Guillermo's educational background features a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Chile, a Magister in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Concepción, and a degree in Civil Engineering, Electricity from the same institution. Additional qualifications include a Diplomado in Organizational Coaching from IRADE and enrollment in a Program for Effective Director Training at Instituto de Directores de Chile set for completion in December 2024.
