Grace Lutz

Grace Lutz has held a variety of roles in the past 8 years. In 2021, they began working at Benepass as Manager of Customer Experience and Operations Associate. In 2019, they were the General Manager Operations at Hello Donuts, where they were responsible for the launch of a new storefront in Fishtown, Philadelphia. In 2018, they worked as a Community Manager at Industrious. From 2015-2018, they held various roles at Netmining, including Senior Manager of Business Development, Business Development Manager, and Business Development Associate. In 2013, they worked as Assistant Program Coordinator for the Summer Enrichment Program at the University of Oregon, where they developed and led operations for a residential academic program. That same year, they also held roles as Major Gifts Intern at EMILY's List and Development Assistant at Washington Semester Program.

Grace Lutz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honors and a minor in Hispanic Studies from Scripps College in 2015. In 2014, they studied Spanish Language and Culture at Hamilton College's Centro Universitario de Estudios Hispánicos. In 2013, they attended American University.
