Jennifer Volpe

Jennifer Volpe has worked in the field of engineering for several years. Jennifer began their career in 2014 as a Commercial Lines Account Representative at Brown and Brown Insurance. In this role, they performed all account transactions in a timely manner and provided superior customer service to sustain vital business relationships. Jennifer also deposited commission/client checks for the agency into the appropriate bank accounts daily and made sure they were reconciled. In 2018, they moved to Overpass as a QA Software Engineer, where they created all-encompassing test cases to ensure quality and efficiency for each part of the application's functionality. Jennifer also performed a variety of QA testing methods such as functional, smoke, sanity, and regression testing. In 2019, they joined Cuebiq as a Senior Solutions Architect and Operations Engineer. Finally, they are currently employed as a Customer Engineer at Benepass, a position they have held since 2022.

Jennifer Volpe received their High School diploma from Carmel High School in 2010. Jennifer then attended SUNY Oneonta, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics in 2014 and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology in 2014. In 2016, they completed a Bootcamp Prep in Computer Software Engineering at App Academy. In 2017, they completed a Computer Software Engineering course at Flatiron School. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Coursera in Geospatial Big Data Visualization with Kepler GL in 2021, from Workato in Automation Pro II Certification in 2020, and from the New York State Department of Financial Services in Property and Casualty Broker's License in 2015.
