Miloš Kukoleča

Miloš Kukoleča is an experienced technology professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Customer Success Engineer at Kentik since August 2022, Miloš previously held the position of Technical Lead at Juniper Networks from June 2016 to August 2022, where responsibilities included assisting JTAC engineers and customers with critical escalations, managing technical progress, and mentoring new engineers. Earlier experience at Juniper Networks as a Technical Support Engineer involved troubleshooting network scenarios and supporting various technologies across the switching portfolio. Prior to joining Juniper Networks, Miloš worked as a Network Engineer at AMRES from June 2012 to June 2016, participating in security incident response and log analysis as part of the CSIRT team.
