Kelsey McConnaha

Kelsey McConnaha has a diverse work experience, beginning with a role as a Server at Perkins & Marie Callender's, LLC in 2009. Kelsey then worked as a Barista at Blackfoot River Coffee Co. from 2012 to 2014, and was an Intern Fitness Coach at Curves for Women in 2014. In 2015, they became a Customer Operations Specialist at 360 Office Solutions, and in 2016 they were a Biological Processing Technician at Xtant Medical. From 2018 to 2022, they held two roles at Zillow, first as a Team Manager, Customer Experience, and then as a Sr. Consumer Care Advocate-Mobile Application and Rental Listing Support. Currently, they are a CX Operations at Benepass.

Kelsey McConnaha graduated from the University of Montana in 2015 with a Bachelor's of Science in Community Health and Preventive Medicine.
