Marisa Darden is currently a Partner at Benesch Law and serves as the Chair of the White Collar, Government Investigations & Regulatory Compliance Practice Group. Darden previously worked as a Partner at Squire Patton Boggs from 2019 to 2023 and held the position of Assistant United States Attorney at the Department of Justice from 2014 to 2019. Darden began their legal career as an Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP from 2008 to 2010, and subsequently served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office from 2011 to 2014. Darden completed a Juris Doctor at Duke University School of Law in 2008 and gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk for The Honorable Morrison C. England Jr. from 2010 to 2011.
