Heidi Cowan

Heidi (Joachim) Cowan has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Heidi currently holds the position of EVP, Head of Sales at Benestar Brands, a role they have been in since July 2023. Before that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Sales at the same company from April 2021 to June 2023. Prior to joining Benestar Brands, they worked as the Vice President of Sales Strategy at the company from January 2020 to April 2021.

Before their time at Benestar Brands, Cowan served as the Sr Director Customer Communication & Development at Campbell Soup Company from September 2018 to January 2020. Heidi also worked as the Director of Shopper Marketing at Snyder's-Lance, Inc. from May 2016 to September 2018.

Heidi gained experience in the retail industry as the Director of Dispensed Beverage at Kangaroo Express, an operating trade name of The Pantry, Inc., from May 2014 to May 2016. Prior to that, they held the role of Category Manager- Fresh Food at the same company from September 2013 to April 2014.

Cowan's earlier work experience includes serving as a Medical Oncology Sales Consultant at Weatherby Healthcare from July 2012 to August 2013. Heidi also worked as an Independent Contractor from 2009 to 2011.

Before their time as an Independent Contractor, they held several positions at Starbucks Coffee Company from 2003 to 2009, including the role of Category Manager. Heidi'searliest known work experience is as a Product Line Manager- Footwear at Nike from 1998 to 2003.

Heidi (Joachim) Cowan has a BA degree in Communication Disorders from Appalachian State University.
