Ron Pepperdine

Ron Pepperdine has over 35 years of experience in the food industry, with a focus on quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Ron has held various leadership positions, including Sr. Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance at Benestar Brands and VP of Quality at Golding Farms Foods, Inc. Ron has also served as Director of Regulatory Affairs at Campbell Soup Company and Snyder's-Lance, Inc., where they led teams in achieving compliance with FDA and USDA regulations. Additionally, they have experience as a Quality Assurance Manager at Lance, Inc., where they enhanced product formulas and developed new products. Ron has also held positions as Director of Technical Services at Stauffer's Laguna Bakery and VP of Technical Services at Atlantic Baking Group, Inc. Their extensive background in the food industry includes roles at Nabisco Biscuit Company and Keebler Company as well.
