Tia Jeffress

Tia Jeffress, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Benetech since July 2023, overseeing financial reporting, planning, People and Culture, and IT functions. Additionally, Tia operates as an Independent Consultant for Jeffress Consulting, specializing in providing financial and accounting services to non-profit organizations in the DC metro area. Tia's previous positions include Director of Finance at The Stimson Center, Senior Director of Financial Services at NACUBO, and Accounting Manager at the American Institute in Taiwan, among others. Tia holds an MBA from Longwood University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Management from Virginia Tech.
