Monica Willyard has extensive experience in providing education and support for individuals with disabilities, particularly focusing on accessible technologies and document preparation. With a long-standing role as a Bookshare Volunteer since March 2006, Monica has been involved in document imaging and mentoring new volunteers. Monica served as an Instructor at Cisco Academy For the Vision Impaired from June 2012 to December 2016, teaching web design and assisting in various technical courses. Prior roles include Research Assistant at the Veterans Administration, Office Assistant at Amcor 24-hour Truck And Tire Service, Braille Document Coordinator at Fulton County Department Of Human Services, and Adaptive Technology Consultant at Cannon Consulting and Investment. Monica holds a Certificate of Completion in Linux Server Administration from Cisco Academy for the Vision Impaired and has education from Dekalb College.
