Gianluca Benedettini

Gianluca Benedettini has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Gianluca began their career as an HR Consultant at A.S.SE.FI. (CCIAA PISA) in 2003. After that, they worked as an HR Specialist at Evergreen Italy S.p.A. from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they joined Azimut-Benetti S.p.A. as an HR Manager O.U. Custom, where they worked until 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources at Benetti Yachts, a role they have been in since 2017.

Gianluca Benedettini completed their undergraduate studies in economics and business administration at Università di Pisa from 1995 to 2002, earning a Laurea degree. Gianluca then pursued further education, obtaining a Master Executive in Human Resources Management from Stogea in 2008-2009.
