Anton Bychenok

Anton Bychenok has a wide range of experience in HR roles within various companies. Anton began their career at Wrigley as a Training Specialist and later moved on to become an HR Generalist. Anton then worked at Coca-Cola HBC Russia, first as the Head of the Recruitment Group in the North-West region and later as the Head of the HR Department at the Country Central Office. After that, they joined X5 Retail Group as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Assessment, and Personnel Planning. Anton then worked at The Estée Lauder Companies as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Training, and Development for Russia and CIS. Anton later joined L'Occitane Group as an HR Business Partner, focusing on talent acquisition, performance development, internal communication, and health and safety. Most recently, Anton worked at Authentica as an HR Director, overseeing HR strategies, policies, processes, and a team of 7 subordinates. Anton is currently serving as the HR Director of Russia at Benetton Group.

Anton Bychenok received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of South-Eastern Norway in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Psychology and Pedagogics from Novgorod State University named after Yaroslav-the-Wise (NovSU) in 2006 as well.
