Olga Lyubimova

Olga Lyubimova holds extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Director for JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS in Russia since January 2015, leading various HR initiatives for a major freeze-dried coffee plant. Previous roles at Mondelēz International included C&B Expert and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed HR support for the Sales Department, recruitment optimization, and talent management. Prior experience includes consulting roles at AVANTA Personnel and ANCOR, focusing on recruiting personnel at various levels. Olga earned a Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.
