Gianluca Mason

Gianluca Mason has extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning. At Benetton Group, Gianluca serves as a Business Controller Manager, overseeing sales & margin analysis, budget drafting, and team management. Prior to this, at STIGA, Gianluca held the position of Group Industrial Controller, focusing on financial planning and cost reduction projects. With a background in auditing at EY, Gianluca brings a strong analytical skillset to their current role. Gianluca is currently pursuing an Executive Master in Finance at CUOA Business School to further enhance their expertise in the field.
