Nefeli Trantopoulou

Nefeli Trantopoulou began their career as a Talent Acquisition Associate at KennedyFitch in June 2014. Nefeli then joined Google in July 2015 as a Learning and Development Specialist for the EMEA region, where they worked until July 2020. In February 2021, Nefeli became an HR Business Partner at efood, a role they held until August 2023. Currently, they serve as the Head of Human Resources for Greece and Cyprus at Benetton Group, starting in September 2023.

Nefeli Trantopoulou holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Alba Graduate Business School, which they obtained in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Arts & Heritage: Policy, Management, and Education from Maastricht University in 2006. Their undergraduate education includes a Diploma in Sociology from the University of Crete, which they obtained in 2005. Nefeli Trantopoulou has also acquired various certifications and workshops, including Assessing Behaviors in the Workplace Workshop from Hay Group, Global Human Capital Trends from Columbia University in the City of New York, HR Scorecard Workshop from Hay Group, Job Evaluation Workshop from Hay Group, Registered qualified user of Talent Q Ability Tests from SHL Talent Measurement from CEB, SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaire from Evalion, and SHL Occupational Testing from Evalion.
