Patrick Downey

Patrick Downey is an experienced professional in client success and project coordination, currently serving as a Senior Client Success Manager at Benevity since May 2021. Previously, at PowerHub from May 2016 to May 2021, Patrick played a key role in developing customer success plans and reducing onboarding timelines significantly, while also focusing on quality control and client retention. Earlier work experience includes positions at the Local Content Assurance Bureau as an Analyst, and as a Project Coordinator for Terrafix Groundworks Canada Inc. and Aecon Group Inc., where compliance with government programs and project management were essential. Patrick holds a degree in International Relations from the University of Toronto and a diploma in Architectural Technology from Mohawk College.
