Shai Butler

Shai Butler is a dedicated professional currently serving as a People Experience Coordinator at Benevity since January 2024. Previously, Shai held the positions of Vice President Marketing and Marketing Research Director at Step Above Stigma, a nonprofit organization focused on de-stigmatizing mental health and advocating for accessible care, where responsibilities included authoring educational content and coordinating marketing efforts. Shai also gained experience through an Undergraduate Student Research Internship at Western University and as a Copywriter for Osborne Holdings, delivering content strategy and B2B/B2C copy. Additionally, Shai contributed to OneFamily Fund as a Marketing and Communications Intern, creating content for social media and newsletters. Shai holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western University and completed a High School Diploma at West Island College Calgary.
