Vincent Chau has a range of experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Piping and Turnover Coordinator at Ledcor, where they managed the turnover process for a gas plant project. In 2013, they joined Tesco Corporation as an Application Engineer, designing and managing custom equipment for the oil and gas industry. Vincent then moved on to FedEx in 2016, serving as a Senior Service Engineer, where they implemented projects to reduce costs and improve service. In 2018, they became the Director of Operations at Goodfood Market, overseeing production, quality, shipping/fulfillment, inventory, and maintenance departments. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at Benevity, leading various business operations teams and scaling the operations globally. Through their roles, Vincent has demonstrated expertise in process improvement, project management, and team leadership.
Vincent Chau completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Haskayne School of Business from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Biomedical from The University of British Columbia from 2009 to 2014. Vincent also holds additional certifications in H2S Alive, Six Sigma White Belt, and Solidworks Simulation Professional.
