Adam Mason

Adam Mason is an experienced executive in the field of employee engagement and management, currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President Global at Benefex since November 2016. With a history of leadership roles, including Professional Services Director and Consulting Director at the same company, Adam has been instrumental in developing award-winning software solutions that enhance employee engagement. Prior to Benefex, Adam held the position of Senior Manager at Grant Thornton UK LLP for a decade and served as President of the Southern Society of Chartered Accountants from May 2015 to May 2016, supporting nearly 5,000 ICAEW members. Adam holds a BSc in Accounting and Management Science from the University of Southampton.
