Li Lignell has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 2011 as a Travel Guide for TUI, Li Lignell went on to work as a Brand Ambassador for Academic Work and as an HR Intern for Scandic Hotels. They then joined Ung integration Östersund as a Vägledare, providing support and guidance to youth. Li Lignell worked as an HR-Coordinator for Uniflex, assisting with personnel issues and recruitment. They later served as an HR Opening Manager for Scandic Hotels, where they were responsible for the recruitment process and team management. Li Lignell also worked as an HR & Recruitment Manager for Loyalty Nordic, building and managing HR processes. As an HR-Consultant for Easy Monday and Getinge, Li Lignell handled various HR tasks, including trade union negotiations, recruitment, coaching, and work environment initiatives. They then transitioned to Benify, where they held multiple roles, including HR Business Partner, Head of Office Experience, Acting Chief People Officer, and currently as a Senior People Partner/Head of Office Experience. In these positions, Li Lignell provided HR support, developed HR initiatives, and evaluated and improved People-processes at a company level.
Li Lignell completed their Gymnasieexamen in Samhällsvetenskap from Sturegymnasiet between the years 2005 and 2008. Later, they attended Mid Sweden University from 2012 to 2015 and obtained a degree in Human Resources.
