Nicole Perez Edström

Nicole Perez Edström is an experienced project manager currently working at Benify since November 2022. Prior to this role, Nicole held positions as Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Specialist at &Repeat from September 2021 to November 2022, and worked as a Customer Experience Representative at Totême from September 2020 to September 2021. Earlier experiences include an internship in Marketing and Public Relations at By Malene Birger A/S, and a sales advisor role at H&M, where responsibilities included customer assistance and visual merchandising. Nicole also completed a public relations internship at Acne Studios AB, and started their career as a cashier at McDonald's. Academically, Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Management from Lund University School of Economics and Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Science with a major in Psychology from Lund University, and completed an exchange term in Business Management at the University of Nottingham. Education also includes a focus on social sciences and media at YBC- Young Business Creatives.
