Pär Johansson

Pär Johansson has extensive work experience in product management and various leadership positions. Starting in 2000, Pär worked at Ericsson, where they had roles such as Portfolio Manager and Product Manager, leading cross-functional teams and driving successful business and product transformations. Pär also worked on market analysis, requirement definition, and customer relations. In 2017, Pär joined Volvo Car Retail Solutions AB as a Product Manager before moving on to PMPO Consulting AB, where they served as the Owner. In 2018, they joined Enfo, where they held positions such as Agile Project Manager and Chief Product Owner. Currently, Pär is working at Benify as the Head of Product Management, overseeing product development and serving as a Product Owner.

Pär Johansson began their education at Växjö University in 1996 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in 1999. During their time at the university, they also pursued a course in Business Administration in 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Pär Johansson has obtained certifications in their professional field. In January 2020, they obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile Inc. Pär also obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager from the same institution in the same month and year.
