Emmanuelle Alcaraz

Emmanuelle Alcaraz has a vast work experience in the field of human resources. Emmanuelle currently holds the position of Head of Global HR at Benivo since September 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the European HR Business Partner at Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC from February 2022 to July 2022. Before that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources EMEA & APAC at The Suddath Companies from June 2018 to October 2021. Emmanuelle also held the role of Group HR Manager at UniGroup from July 2014 to June 2018, and the position of Group Human Resources Manager at Sterling Lexicon from February 2007 to June 2014. Emmanuelle began their career as an HR Assistant at Synergy Personnel from January 2006 to February 2007.

Emmanuelle Alcaraz completed their Bachelor's degree in Law at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) from 2001 to 2004. Emmanuelle then pursued a Master's degree in Employment Law at Kingston University from 2004 to 2005. Afterwards, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from the University of West London between 2007 and 2009. Currently, they are attending Harvard Business School Online, specializing in Disruptive Strategy by Clay Chrestensen since 2015.
