Courtney Hall

Courtney Hall is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Field Sales & Retail Learning and Development Manager at Benjamin Moore & Co. since April 2016. In this role, Courtney Hall is responsible for creating impactful training programs that foster collaboration and drive business alignment for over 60 sales managers. Prior to this position, Courtney Hall worked at Dale Carnegie Training as an Instructional Designer, focusing on global learning programs related to Leadership, Engagement, and Presentation, applying ADDIE and Dale Carnegie principles. Earlier career roles include Corporate Training Manager at America Works, Director of Education at Career Blazers Learning Center and Aerospace Education Center, and Public Training Lead at Central Arkansas Library System, showcasing a strong background in curriculum development and delivery. Courtney Hall holds a Master’s degree in Training Systems from the University of Central Arkansas and a Bachelor’s degree in History with a minor in Gender Studies from Hendrix College.
