Talia Griep

Talia Griep has extensive experience in finance and administration, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at St. Joseph's Healthcare System since 2016, while also being part of the Finance and Audit and Compliance Committees. Holding multiple executive positions at Benjamin Moore & Co. since 2013, Talia Griep is the EVP and Chief Administrative Officer/Chief Financial Officer, overseeing legal, environmental health and safety, pricing, and business consulting. As the Founding Director of the Giving Moore Foundation, Talia Griep has successfully raised over $400,000 in its inaugural year and promoted local outreach and education. Additional roles include President of Learning Outcomes, former President of MHE International, and financial leadership positions at Polo Ralph Lauren and Honeywell. Talia Griep's education includes an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and ongoing studies for a Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology at Montclair State University.
