Irma Bučinskaitė

Irma Bučinskaitė has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2008 as Head of Administration at Royal Athletic Club. In 2011, they began working as an Independent Financial Adviser. In 2015, they became Director at UAB The Muscle Makers Gym. In 2016, they held two positions: Financial Planner at UADBB Perlo draudimo brokeris and Independent Personal Finance Consultant at MB Finansų gidė. From 2018 to 2020, they were an Employee Benefits Practice Specialist at Marsh & McLennan Companies. Currently, they are CEO and Co-Founder of benme, a SaaS for employee benefits, insurance, and extra perks.

Irma Bučinskaitė completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University from 2008 to 2010, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree from Vilniaus Kolegija/University of Applied Sciences from 2005 to 2008, also majoring in Business Administration and Management, General.
