The Human Resources team at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) is responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and maintaining the employer brand. They oversee the recruitment process, manage employee relations, design training programs, and ensure a positive and productive workplace environment. Key members include the Director - Human Resources & CHRO, who leads the team, and specialists in talent acquisition, learning, and corporate HR management.
