Gaurika Tandon has extensive experience in human resources and talent management across various reputable organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Talent, Learning, Engagement, and Employer Brand at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group), Gaurika has held multiple strategic roles, including Head of Learning, Engagement & Employer Brand and HRBP Lead for Supply Chain. Previous roles include Senior HR Consultant and Consultant for Talent Programs at Aon, Program Manager for Campus & Accelerated Learning Programs at Baxter International Inc., and HRBP for the West Region at Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting. Gaurika's career began at Getit Infoservices, where responsibilities included Deputy Manager of Training & Product Development. Educational qualifications include an Emerging Leaders Programme in General Management from the Indian School of Business and a PGDBM in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
