Dane Harris serves as the Texas Partner-in-Charge and M&A Texas Market Lead at Bennett Thrasher, where leadership is provided to the M&A team in the Texas region, assisting private equity and strategic buyers and sellers in complex transactions. Dane also holds a position with BT Family Office, LLC focused on investments. Prior experience includes serving as Manager at Baker Tilly US, where advisory services were provided to middle market private equity clients, and as Assistant Manager at KPMG Deutschland, leading consulting teams in financial due diligence for multinational deals. Dane began the career as Assistant Vice President at Progressive Bank. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Business (Finance) from Munich Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Louisiana Tech University, and an exchange semester at Fudan University as part of the Fudan-Sloan MIT International MBA program.
