Hemant Taware

Hemant Taware is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations, business development, and growth strategy across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Benow since April 2024, Taware previously held significant roles including Chief Operating Officer at Innoviti Technologies, overseeing operations for various product lines and managing backend and field operations for over 200 customers. Taware's experience extends to leadership positions at Future Group India, HyperCITY Retail, Croma, and Aditya Birla Retail, among others, where Taware successfully facilitated growth and operational excellence. An alumnus of the Indian School of Business and Savitribai Phule Pune University, Taware holds degrees in MBA Marketing and Bachelor of Computer Science, complemented by a leadership program focused on value analysis and strategic execution.
