Ida M. Ybarra, Esq.

Ida, a native of Corcoran, California, earned her B.A. in Social Welfare with a minor in Chicana/o Studies from UC Berkeley, and her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While in law school, she studied international constitutional law in Nice, France under the late Justice Scalia.

Before joining Benson & Bingham, Ida managed a workers’ compensation department at a personal injury firm and worked as an insurance adjuster, giving her valuable insight to advocate for injured clients.

She is licensed to practice in Nevada, including the Nevada Federal District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and watching college sports.
