Tim Reich

Tim Reich is an accomplished data strategy expert with extensive experience in biotechnology and data science. Currently serving as the Director of Data Strategy at Benson Hill since December 2020, Tim previously held a pivotal role as the Science ML/Data Engineering Lead at The Climate Corporation, leading a team focused on advanced AI and machine learning models for digital seed recommendation systems. Tim's career began at Monsanto Company, where several leadership positions, including Product Placement Design Lead and Global Process Assessment Lead, involved developing innovative data-driven solutions to enhance seed product placement and optimize field trial processes. Tim holds a Master’s degree in Data Science from Maryville University of Saint Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Missouri State University.
