Courtney Brooks

Courtney Brooks has diverse work experience in various roles. Courtney started their career at Leadership Blount as an intern where they handled administrative tasks and evaluated student evaluations. In 2016, they joined Clayton Homes as a Lead Generation Specialist, performing customer service and meeting weekly goals. In 2017, they transitioned to Global Employment and Recruiting - GEAR, first as a Recruiter and later as a Recruiting Manager, responsible for managing the recruitment process. Currently, they work as a Human Resources Coordinator at Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions.

Courtney Brooks attended Maryville College from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management.
