Patrick Erdman

Patrick Erdman is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Benson's Restaurant Group since March 2023. Erdman has held various roles, including Sommelier at The Court of Master Sommeliers since April 2017, and previously worked as Director of Premium at Levy Restaurants and Food and Beverage Director at Foxtown Restaurants. Additional experience includes General Manager positions at Stella Van Buren at the Westin and The Bartolotta Restaurants, as well as earlier roles at Highland House Sheboygan and DeRosa Corporation. Erdman completed the Level One Introductory Sommelier Course through the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2017 and has a background in education from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and the University of Wisconsin Washington County.
