Constanze Leidenfrost has extensive work experience in various roles at BENTELER International AG and its subsidiaries. Constanze started their career in 1999 as a Trainee with an academic degree at the European Parliament. Constanze then worked as a Trainee with an academic degree at the German Industry & Commerce Office in 2000. In 2002, they joined BENTELER AG as a Syndikus until 2010. Constanze'sresponsibilities included legal and compliance matters. In 2010, they became the Chief Compliance Officer at BENTELER International AG, where they currently hold the position. Additionally, they are a Member of the Supervisory Board at Benteler Steel/Tube GmbH since 2017 and at Benteler Automobiltechnik GmbH und Benteler Business Services GmbH since 2015.

Constanze Leidenfrost obtained their education in the field of law. From 1994 to 1999, they attended Bielefeld University, where they completed their studies in "Rechtswissenschaften" and earned their "Erstes Juristisches Staatsexamen" degree. Constanze then pursued further education at Oberlandesgerichtsbezirk Hamm from 2000 to 2002, where they completed their "Zweites Juristisches Staatsexamen" degree as part of their "Juristischer Vorbereitungsdienst."
