Fabian Welzel

Fabian Welzel is an experienced logistics professional with a robust background in global freight and transportation management. Currently serving as the Global Freight & Logistics Manager at BENTELER Group since December 2007, Fabian oversees the Global Transportation Network for over 70 plants, focusing on tender and contract management, strategy development, process standardization, and governance. Previous roles include Project Manager and Global Transportation Manager at BENTELER, and Transportation Manager at YRC Worldwide, Inc. Fabian's earlier experience encompasses positions such as Export Manager at Karmann and various roles at DB Schenker, where expertise in ocean and air export operations was developed.
