Jason Perry has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Jason began their career in 1999 as a Machine Shop Manager and Tooling Supervisor at Indiana Wire Die, where they were responsible for supervising personnel and designing production equipment. In 2000, they joined Truck Engineering Ltd as the Manager of Design & Concepts and Product Manager, overseeing the assembly process and designing specialty dump truck bodies. Jason then worked at Benteler Mechanical Engineering from 2002 to 2012, where they served as the North America Sr. Manufacturing Technical Process Leader and Project Leader, traveling to different plants and coordinating global standards. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at U.S. Manufacturing as the Engineering Manager of Machining & Assembly, managing the design function and overseeing process engineers. Currently, since 2014, they are the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at BENTELER Automotive.

Jason Perry attended Bishop Luers High School from 1993 to 1994. Jason then transferred to Quincy High School in 1995. In the same year, they also enrolled at Central Michigan University, where they pursued their education for two years, although no specific degree or field of study is provided. Later, from 1998 to 2001, they attended ITT Technical Institute-Fort Wayne, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Automated Manufacturing.
