Jeffery Smith is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in managing human resources across various industries. Currently serving as the HR/SHE & Compliance Division Manager at BENTELER Group, Jeffery oversees HR strategy for Africa and South America, ensuring employee safety and compliance, and managing industrial relations. Previous roles include Group Manager of HR at Sumitomo Rubber SA, HR Regional Manager at First National Battery, and HR Senior/Department Manager at Toyota Boshoku Europe NV, among others. With extensive expertise in talent management, performance management, and policy development, Jeffery has played key roles in strategic HR functions and project implementation throughout a career that began with a management trainee position at Lufthansa.
