Maricruz Castillo

Maricruz Castillo is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in plant controlling and cost analysis. Currently serving as Plant Controller at BENTELER Group since July 2017, Maricruz oversees financial controlling for the Engine & Exhaust Module, manages annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and weekly trending analyses, and supports executive meetings through strategic presentations. Previously, as a Cost Analyst at BENTELER Automotive Stamping Plant, responsibilities included managing forecasts for the Toolshop Plant and overseeing investment approvals. Maricruz began their career in sales and training at RUD Lifting & Engineering B.V. and as a trainee in production and forging at ThyssenKrupp, where an improvement project yielded significant annual savings. Educational qualifications include a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Puebla and an Upper Intermediate English certification from EF Executive Language Institute.
