Michael T. Glass

Michael T. Glass has over 25 years of experience in the engineering field, currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Benteler Automotive since July 2009, where responsibilities include manufacturing exhaust systems at the Hagen Plant. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Designer at Cadd Tech LLC from October 2004 to July 2009, focusing on contract engineering. Michael's career began at Southern Manufacturing Technologies, Inc., where a progression from CNC set-up to Manufacturing Engineer occurred between July 1994 and August 1999, with notable achievements in continuous improvement and proficiency in 3D design and CAM using SDRC I-deas. Michael holds a Tier 1 OEM degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from Contract CAD U (1999-2009) and has extensive training in CNC Machinist Technology from Job Shop U (1989-1994).
