Tinca Shang

Tinca Shang has extensive experience in Human Resources, particularly in Compensation and Benefits (C&B) management across multiple companies within the Benteler group and previous roles at Quaker Chemical and LG Electronics. Currently serving as HR Manager at Benteler Automotive and HR Manager AP at Benteler Trading since 2014 and 2013 respectively, Tinca Shang oversees a comprehensive range of C&B functions in the Asia Pacific region, including budget management and benefit standardization across Chinese plants. Tinca Shang's earlier roles include leading Total Rewards processes at Quaker Chemical and managing payroll and HR reporting at LG Electronics. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Cheungkong Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from Shanghai University.
