Veronica Hu has over 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Veronica began their career at National Starch in 2007, where they gained initial HR experience. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Han Gao, where they held the position of Regional HR, C&B, and HRIS. In this role, they were responsible for compensation and benefits, including conducting annual merit increase processes and designing performance review systems.

Veronica later became the Head of HR components cluster (HR Manager), where they set and managed HR activities for the corporate function. Veronica'srole involved developing HR strategies, supporting business transformation, and collaborating with plant managers to execute strategies and initiatives.
Veronica Hu pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2013 to 2015 at Tongji University. Veronica'sfield of study during this period was in business administration.
